Where do you operate from?

We are located in Virginia, USA.

I can't complete my order! I keep getting an error. What's wrong?

The most likely reason is that you are entering a billing address that does not match the one on file with the credit card you are using. Please double check the address and make sure it matches! If you are sure that is not the problem, please feel free to contact us and we will look into it.

My order failed but I still have a charge on my account!

If your order failed to process but you still see a pending charge, it is likely only an authorization attempt that will disappear in a day or two. This usually happens when a billing address fails to match up and the payment provider declines the final charge.

If the pending charge doesn't clear in a day or two feel free to contact us and we can look into it further.

I want to change or add items to my order!

If your order has not shipped yet we can easily change or add items to your order. Please reply to your order confirmation email right away and let us know what you'd like to modify.

My order is a gift, can you exclude prices and add a note?

This is no problem! In order to reduce waste, we do not include invoices or packing slips in the packages by default.

If you'd like to include a short note to the recipient, please add the information to the special instructions field during checkout or reply to your order confirmation email right away.

However, please note that international packages going outside of the US are required to have an external customs form that lists contents and value. We unfortunately cannot exclude these.

How do you ship?

All orders are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS). You can find more detailed information about shipping methods and rates on the Shipping Page.

When will my order ship? How long will it take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Your order should generally arrive within 2-4 days after being shipped if you are within the U.S. International shipping times can vary and can take up to 3-6 weeks depending on the shipping method used.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on the weight of your order and the distance it needs to travel. You can view estimated shipping costs by adding items to your cart, then using the shipping calculator to view available rates.

I think my package might be lost!

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders and are usually pretty reliable for keeping tabs on your package. However, if you feel your package may be lost you should start by contacting your local USPS post office, as they are better suited to assist you in the following scenarios:

  • Your package is still in transit but has not moved for several days. If it's lost they may be able to locate it and get it moving.
  • Your carrier accidentally dropped your package off with one of your neighbors - please check with your neighbors first before inquiring with your carrier.
  • Your carrier marked your package as delivered early and it hasn't arrived. They do this sometimes but it may show up within the next day or two.
  • Your carrier unsuccessfully attempted to deliver the package and should try again the next business day.
  • If you are international (non U.S.) it's not uncommon for tracking to stop updating for several days at a time even though the package is still en route, especially when clearing customs.
  • If you are international (non U.S.) your package may have customs fees due on it before delivery. Be sure to get in contact with your local postal service as soon as possible to avoid the package being returned to sender.

If your package has been marked undeliverable for any reason it should be returned to sender. Once returned we can assess the reason and arrange for a redelivery.

If USPS is unable to assist you in locating or delivering your package, please contact us and we'll help sort it out from there.

Do you ship internationally? How much does it cost?

Yes, we do! The prices for international shipping vary and can be viewed by adding items to your cart and using the calculator.

I gave you the wrong shipping address! What do I do?

If you ordered recently, please contact us right away by responding to your order receipt and give us the correct address. If we haven't mailed it yet we can change the address before doing so.

Lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds, and any returned packages are subject to additional shipping fees for redelivery. Please check your address carefully!

Can you combine my orders if I placed more than one?

If they haven't shipped yet, yes. Please contact us right away so we can combine the orders and refund the difference in shipping cost.

Do you cover customs fees for international orders? Will you under-value my package to avoid them?

We do not cover customs fees, they are the responsibility of the buyer. Please familiarize yourself with your local import laws to know how it could affect your order. We cannot fake customs declarations to avoid customs fees.

An item is out of stock or no longer on the website. Will it be coming back?

In some cases out-of-stock items are restocked, but items are periodically discontinued to make room for new designs. If an item is no longer on the website it's likely it won't be restocked.

Due to the artist-made nature of this shop some items only get one or two runs, so it's recommended to grab anything you like sooner rather than later!

Do you offer wholesale of your products?

At this time we are not offering wholesale. Please check back later or contact us to be notified when we are offering it again.

I have a quality concern regarding an item I purchased, what can be done about it?

Please contact us describing your issue and we'll do our best to make it right. If it's a recent purchase we can usually offer an exchange or return.

If your purchase is older, we still welcome any information you wish to provide. We take pride in the products we offer and would love to hear any feedback on areas that can be improved upon.

Are your products free of allergens?

We cannot guarantee what metals, fabrics or other materials are used in our items unless otherwise stated in the item's description. If you are allergic to certain kinds of metal it is recommended that you replace any chains, rings or other metal with your own that you know are safe.

Are your plush safe to give to my child?

All plush are safety tested according to CE standards and can be given to children above 3 years of age. However, some plush may have small parts like hard noses or eyes, buttons, bells, hang tags or other items that may prove to be a choking hazard. Please use discretion and remove any smaller accessories as necessary We are not liable for any incidents that may occur due to unsupervised play with our products.
